Executive Director
Catherine V. Sauls is a skilled Human Relations Training and Development Strategist. She has a passion for redefining, shaping and empowering the lives of young minds. She contributes her valuable time to the Child Life Pediatrics Unit, St. Barnabas Healthcare System, Child Life Department.
Mrs. Sauls has a Wall Street and Corporate Employment Law background with a degree and three certifications in the areas of Business Management. She will pursue her advance studies in Public Administration pertaining to the area of Non-Profit at Seton Hall University where she is an alumnus.
As a dedicated champion for supporting culturally diverse youth initiatives, Mrs. Sauls currently sits on the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) Women’s Board, Arts Education Division, with a focus on Youth Philanthropy and High Performance Achievement.
Her commitment to community is well exemplified by serving on the Essex County Vicinage Committee which assist as an integral component of the judiciary system by making life changing decisions in regards to Minority Concerns.
She will preside as Executive Director of the Career Vision Ambassadors Mentorship Program and work in coordination with the Program Director. Ms. Sauls oversees three prominent community girl’s programs: Irvington Leading Ladies, Irvington Ambassadors and Irvington Scholars. She will align her efforts with various Community Associations while fulfilling a dual role as the Chairwomen of the Women Advisory Council. The Council of Women are business professionals that have a vested interest in the success of our future adolescent leaders.
Ms. Sauls continues to work with youth inside and outside of our educational school system, as well as conduct workshops for “at-risk youth” to help promote career development as an alternative means for perseverance in an Urban Environment

Program Specialist
Antoinette Bailey has been with Career Vision Ambassadors for the past 12 months. In her current role she is responsible for the overall function of our youth workforce development initiatives. She has established a summer internship program by which our participants are hired to receive hands-on job training and development while simultaneously sharpening their entrepreneurship skills by learning how to manage a successful business. Prior to joining the organization Ms. Bailey worked at Lucent Technologies as an Administrative Assistant.

Women Advisory Council
Responsible for the collaborative input and dissemination of information regarding the ideas that shape the activities and successful outcomes from the workshops. A professional group of volunteer women comprised of various educational degrees that cover a wide spectrum of career backgrounds. They will meet monthly with the Teen Advisory Youth Council and help guide them in their fundraiser and career endeavors.

Youth Advisory Council
As future Managers, this select group of young decision making executives will be responsible for peer-to-peer mentoring. They are challenged with taking our program to its next level while maintaining a sense of educational and career balance. They will work in coordination with all levels of the management team to provide relevant input for successful program implementation.

Board of Directors
Support and bring together “resources” that are needed in order to make Career Vision Ambassadors a success. Good partnerships, collaborations and donations are pertinent to fulfill long-term organizational goals. As the governing body that provides monetary and in-kind contributions we rely on their professional network database and their leadership capabilities to be the foundation on which we stand and deliver.
