Mission

A leading lady will set the standards for for other young ladies with self-confidence to to follow.

We will present true leadership qualifies to be used as valuable assets within our community.

We dedicate ourselves to making a difference in our parents lives by achieving the best grades in school and learning the importance of career choices at an early age.

Our goal is to become honorary Irvington Ambassadors.

About the Program

This program is designed to to closely mentor adolescent girls ages 10 to 15 years of age.

The primary purpose of the Irvington Leading Ladies is to establish the idea of "careers" as a focal point in these girls lives -- to get them thinking about preparing for success at an early age.

This program will compliment the efforts and reinforce their current school curriculum to better help them understand the "big picture" of academics and career options.

The girls will tour actual work sites, interview top management and learn necessary job skills to enter the workplace.
